organization undertook history's most ambitious and comprehensive cattle breed study to measure the quality advantage of Hereford
Cattle, the study performed by Colorado St. University showed without a doubt that Hereford Beef was superior in taste and tenderness.
What makes our meats better than the rest? Our Hereford cuts of meat are naturally better because of the breeding process. They
don't pump these cattle full of Hormones, they are bred and raised the way Hereford ranchers have done it since 1881....Naturally!
